Now Playing questions
 

when i check on my station it says or it does not say now playing. What is wrong i have no errors and everything looks fine but it is not playing when i check on it

Do you have it set to automaticly update the title and artist? also does your mp3s have id3 tags?

Replace yourDNASip with the ip of the DNAS (SHOUTcast server) and yourDNASport with the DNAS port (default is 8000)

Also, machines on the same lan as the DNAS (you) need to use the lan ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.
Machines not on the same lan as the DNAS (the rest of the world) need to use the real, world-visible ip of the DNAS to connect/listen.

Finally, you can get a static name, such as foo.bar.com (not as cool as that, though :)) from http://www.no-ip.com or one of the other myriad of Dynamic DNS Services.
Then, your links would be:

i dont know about the auto update thing im new but on my winamp the songs have titles and the artist

ok all the dnas stuff my server in on the same computer that im running winamp on i use a cable modem also so step-by-step help would be nice lol
