Streaming 2 seperate streams from one pc

Hi , I have dual 1 ghz pentium 3 with 1 gig of ram , and I want to dedicate this computer to only streaming 2 seperate streams to a server .

I have tried running 2 seperate winaps , and winamp and sam2 combination and every time second stream starts streaming , stream starts jumping and it sounds like music is skipping ...

There is pletny of cpu % left. I don't understand why is that happening

I have also tried setting one of the winamps outputs to Null..
still didn't work.

I have 768/512 dsl line ..

Could problem be with mp3 codecs...?

stream1 is 128kbps & 24kbps
stream2 is 128kbps & 24kpbs

Was anyone sucessfull in streaming 2 seperate streams from one computer ? if you did , how did you do it ?

Is there any other software that can stream to shoutcast beside
winamp , odcast and sam2 ??

Thanks for all the help

Faruk
