Broadcasting speeds up
 

Why when broadcasting does it speed up as if it is catching up with itself then go back to normal..I'm broadcasting at 56kbs mono with a 1000kbs connection speed and 5 listeners max..It's running from an old dell quite a slow system..550 cpu and 128 mb ram..any suggestions..

Oh forgot to mention..the source music is being networked from my main comp...
