guys please help with freebsd setup
 

When i connect to my server i hear everything scrappy... Can someone tell me how to fix this?

my current setup is under

4.7-RELEASE FreeBSD
to stream i use sc_trans_040
and for server i use shoutcast-1-9-2-freebsd4-elf
all mp3's are local on the HD
this machine is p4 1.13h with 512 of ram
not doing anyting but this shoutcast radio

if anyone know how to fix this problem please let me know

its not fine, i can still hear hikups for no good reason, and cpu is not even loaded, please someone else check it out let me know if you can hear something
