Bookmarking plugin for "chapters" inside a track
 

There was a plugin called Amarok which worked under Winamp 2.x, that allowed you to make bookmarks *inside* an MP3/WMA/ etc track (Not inside the file, the bookmarks were stored externally). For example:

chapter1 at 10m34.45 seconds
chapter2 at 14m48.54 seconds

and so on.

I used this for marking the position inside long MP3s, such as language instruction materials and audiobooks.

Does anyone know of other plugins that do this? I've tried to contact the author of Amarok but it appears it's no longer being worked on.
