Hardware Firewall
 

Hello,

I'm behind a Hardwere firewall en the serve gifs the melding:
Can't see your computer on Ip and zo on.
But i can't turn of the firewall how can i solve this problem??

If you can't turn the firewall off, you'll need to open the DNASs portBase (default is 8000).
If you expect folks outside your network to source your DNAS, then you need to also open portBase+1.

PLease check with your hardware firewall documentation, network administrator, or contact the manufacturer for instructions on port opening.
