Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pls Help

i am new to this shoutcast thing.
i am trying to be a server on the net, how do i start, i am totally lost, i got the shoutcast dnas, but i totally lost and not sure about how to start.
how do i start serving the songs?
anyone pls give me some assistances?
