2.91 - Video not shown (help me)
 

hi everybody,

my winamp 2.91 isnt playing videos correctly, the videos only work if i unselect the option "allow video overlay(recomended)", but, with this, the videos play very smoothly and slowly. i donn't know what to do cause nobody could help me. i thoght i was my pc (its a pII 333,64mb ram) but i other softwares (even in winamp3) this videos are playing normally.
if you can help me, or give an idea for solving my problem i thank a lot

I have the same problem, I must have the overlay turned off for videos to show... other than that... they work pretty good... I dont know if there is a possible fix or if you have to have it off cause your video card dosent support it or something... anyway, just saying I have the same problem, just keep it turned off and itll work...

i have a celeron 700, 112 mb o'Ram, Window$ ME and DX9, and the videos doesn't play. With the AVI's, the image appears corrupted, but with another types, it does not appears, but the video screen does the auto-resize OK. Winamp2.91+directX9 are incompatible?

Prefrences (Ctrl-P) > Options > Video > Uncheck "Use Video Overlay"

WA2.91 works fine with DX9.

I tryed it!, but without result.....

ooops. I was wrong. but i still have troubles..
-The wmw videos works OK, but some videos stops after two seconds of playback (in WmP, i have no problem)
-The avi videos is still "scrambled"
