VU Meters, Playlist Suggestion and Library Skins.

HI Winamp 2 users.......

1.VU METERS

1.I would like to sugest that in the next ver of WINAMP they put a ANALOG VU METER and a DIGITAL VU METER in the same spot as the SPECTRUM ANALYSER and OSILLISCOPE, also give the same options for the DIGITAL VU METER as the SPECTRUM ANALYSER e.g. Normal Style,Fire Style,Line Style and refresh rate optoins. Have options for the response rates for the ANALOG VU METER.
I realise that you can get plugins that have these meters and options but i think it would be more convenient if they were in the original program of WINAMP....

2.In the playlist after a entire song is complete then the text will be highlighted so you know that you have already played it....it wouldnt change winamps performance but its just an idea.

3.When i change the skin on Winamp 2 from the "base skin" to some other skin the main window, playlist, equalizer and minibrowser change to the skin i loaded except for the video and library windows. I know its not a major issue but i think it would give the winamp user a better veiw to how they want there winamp program to look.

Library's already skinable, just got to look for 2.9+ skins.

2 is nice but 1...should stay as a plugin.

sanosuke....i would have to disagree with u on number 1 i have plugins that have these vu meters but they're in there own little window and and i recon if they were in the same spot as the analyser and osillisocpe it would make winamp more interesting....im not saying its boring and no fun.

well i spose there would be probs with the compatability for other skins .....maybe if they did bring it in then they could have another link in there skin download section were u can download skins that are compatable with the new visulisations....well its just a thought.

but who uses it?? i know i don't need it, sure it looks nice but search the forums for all the ppl complaning abt "bloat"
