Hey ok i have an idea, why dont we create a live chatroom for help. If you create a sticky, you can use my irc server ( irc.thedigitaldream.co.uk ) and create a channel called #shoutcast

i will setup our server to give all the moderators op priverleges, and i can post a link to a webclient in the topic

if you create a topic called 'live help' or 'live support' and in there just put a link to a webchat (i have one on my site which connects to my server) then it would all work nicelly

sicne this is my server i could set it all up for you andset all the mods to get op and stuff. What do you say, is live support a good idea???
