OH GOODNESS FUCK WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD.
they take a SHITE song, with a DERIVATIVE, UNORIGINAL story in it, told through POORLY WRITTEN lyrics, and make a film?! i'm going to hollywood with a double-decker bus filled with C4. who's with me? |
Just drop me off in San Francisco first. I've always wanted to go there. Then you may blow up Hollywood with my blessing.

Good grief, I thought Hollywood had already hit rock bottom. :(

you know how there is a saying that there are only a few plots, and all movies are just small variations of these plots? what are they?
i only know one-- love story: guy meets girl, guy gets to know girl, guy loses girl, guy gets girl, they live happily ever after. |
.better idea- blow up beverly hills and kill all the actors/writers.

god....... the only "good" thing is that Avril isn't going to act in it (at least i pray that she sticks to a cameo), we all know what happens when no-talent singers become no-talent actors/actresses.

Britney Spears' NASCAR Flick Picking Up Speed
07.29.2003 7:55 AM EDT "While Britney Spears puts the finishing touches on her upcoming fourth album, her film career is getting a tune-up as well. The pop singer's next movie finally has a title as well as a finished script. Previously referred to as the "untitled NASCAR project," the racing movie is now called "Trading Paint," according to an announcement from Britney Spears Productions. The script was written by James V. Hart ("Contact," "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life") and centers on the family of a NASCAR racing dynasty, using real-life NASCAR drivers, teams, tracks and competitions to tell the story. Spears will co-star as the daughter of a driver who quits racing under mysterious circumstances. "Spears' character uses her knowledge and expertise in the family business to help him return to racing," the statement said. This is purely a dramatic role for Spears, as there are no plans for her to sing or race in the film. In addition to co-starring in the movie, Spears is also producing via her film production company with her co-manager Larry Rudolph and Ann Carli (who produced "Crossroads"). This is the producers' first feature under the joint venture. After finalizing their financing, they plan to announce a director." ______________________________________________ |
I'm sorry but that sounds extremely dumb. Even for a NASCAR movie.
|
Covering songs was bad enough, now they're covering film plots. Is there anything the entertainment indiustry hasn't raped?
|
your ass.
but they're looking into "securing the rights", shall we say... |
