im not sure whats wrong
 

OK, i had my friend set up my shoutcast via netmeeting. he set it up exactly like his (that works) but just used my info ya know? mine connect and everything but no one else can connect and listen. now im getting this message in my server

<06/07/03@14:00:02> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 65.81.167.11:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))

connection is timming out

this is probably because ur behind a firewall

if u have win xp then there is a built in firewall

if ur not using windows xp then there is a firewall installed somewhere

setup the firewall to allow port 8000 :)
