Can i use my own IP address on my computer . To use my computer as a host?
I can Ftp surve from it.
So can i run shout cast on it too?

yes u can but what connection are u on, not interested in download speed, only upload speed

if ur on a standard dsl or cable modem then your connection will deffinently struggle if you ftp server and shoutcast at the same time
