Connecting timed out - proxy?

Sorry, I know I'm being stupid, but how do I configure everything properly? I've plugged WinAMP into my mp3s, and Shoutcast into WinAMP, but on output it says "not connected" and I'm not sure how to connect. Please help me, I've got no idea what to do from where I am.

EDIT: I'm using a proxy, is that a problem?

Right. My windows look like this: www.angelfire.com/space/turboyoda/winamp.jpg

But when I try and connect, the thing says:

<06/08/03@20:42:44> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (nak)
<06/08/03@20:42:44> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (Cannot see your station/computer (IP: 81.77.232.36:8000) from the Internet, disable Internet Sharing/NAT/firewall/ISP cache (Connection timed out))

I have no idea to get round that - I need Internet Sharing to connect to the internet (I go through my other computer), have no firewall, and don't know what an ISP cache is.

Please help?

You have to allow the broadcasting machine to allow access to port 8000.

I personally have a 2 routers with 8 systems accessing the internet. I dont use Internet connection sharing at all so thats about as far as I can help ya.
