Unable to connect DSP to server (or something)
 

I've just installed the SHOUTcast source plugin for Winamp 2, and I've done everything I was told in the README, but it still won't connect. I may just be missing one simple thing, but I dont know what it is.
Any advice anyone?:hang:

Do you have a DNAS (SHOUTcast server) installed?

Did you change the DNAS variables srcIP and destIP from ANY?

Is your DNAS and Winamp/DSP combo on the same machine?

What exactly are you entering for "Address" and "Port" in the DSP?

right then, so you have setup the password for the server, and after u made the changes, u restarted the server, correct?

now what you need to do, is on the dsp, type localhost as the host you connect to, unless the shoutcast server is on a different machine than the dsp.
