there aren't any moderators on a shoutcast server

only the server admin
and server connection password.

If you want to institute users masks in SHOUTcast you will definately need to write a new front-in using the existing capabilities.

with moderator i mean D.J..... :D

Since the DNAS supports only one connection at a time, you'll need to combine your DJs into one source using some conferencing hardware/software before sending it to the DNAS.

Search the forums for several solutions.
