What's your favourite music?

Hey guys. I know this has been done a thousand times before, and I know I'll be flamed for posting it, but I needed to know what you guys' current favourite artists and types of music are. I recently started DJing for an online radio, and I was wondering what the current trends are out there. All feedback is much appreciated. Thanks,

Fazer.

heavy nu-metal. death metal is a lot more serious than slipknot. not saying they're bad, but they're not really death metal.

I like...Linkin Park(nu metal), POD (rock), Jurassic 5 (hip-hop), Gorillaz (uhm?), They might be giants, Staind, ES (Evan..whatever :)), 4 Strings (Trance), And alot of other trance.

I don't like much of the new "punk" music now-a-days.. It all seems so fake to me. I listen to a little bit of the Ramones and some Misfits though.

ShyShy.................... country: Is that any band from texas?

Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds are my kind of country (Papa Won't Leave You Henry). If I'm too happy and need to be knocked down a peg it always does the trick.

lol, texans would love that one. (and no, i'm not texan, just stuck with the accent)

you should try to listen to Merle Haggard (sp?), he was old school country.

Cylob 14th July 2003 21:29

Country music started out as a practical joke. It's true.

zootm 14th July 2003 21:30

started out?

still sounds like a joke to me. that could just be me though.

Cylob 14th July 2003 21:34

No, it's not just you zootm.

ShyShy 14th July 2003 23:04

/sticks head out of closet, blows raspberries at zoot and cylob

Cylob 15th July 2003 05:46

American country music would be akin to the British dressing-up as Victorians and playing brass instruments of the time. Add a drum machine and it might be quite hip. Having to wear a corset would be a downside though.

Mr_007 15th July 2003 08:10

Metallica
Modern Talking
and
perhaps any good music!
