Drop Outs and Stutterers!

When listening to my stream, my friend on dial up says that a couple of times a song he gets drop outs.

I had him sign off and try again and he still had the same problem.

I have DSL and have set my rate at 32. I figured this way that people on dial up would be able to listen no problem. Am I wrong?

He was the only one connected at the time.

He has winamp play the stream and says that the song that is being played and the song displayed as being played are two different things.

He also uses aol if that helps.

Is Shoutcast geting to much traffic to keep up with updates?

What can I do on my end so dial up listeners can enjoy my music with out these problems?

I wouldn't try anything over 24 kbps for dialup.
