People can't connect to my radio

Okay, I'm pretty sure I've got all the server and DJ stuff configured properly. When I try to connect I get the error message:
<06/29/03@20:57:21> [yp_add] error connecting to yp.shoutcast.com
I searched through previous posts about this error and read that it is only about the shoutcast yellow pages. I am not sure whether that affects if people can connect or not. I give people this address to connect to, and all they get is a Page Cannot Be Displayed message. This is the address I give http://64.91.107.249:8000/listen.pls
Thank you in advance!

Also, I checked the Can They Get In? thing on RadioToolbox, and every port I tried was closed. Is that the reason people can't get in? If so, how do I open a port?

If you have a router...open port 8000 and 8001 through the router configuration.

If you have a firewall, disable it or allow access for shoutcast.
