For free, install the DNAS on your own machine and use your own bandwidth.

Otherwise, use Third party DNAS hosting

Also, lower your bitrate to something reaonable. 160kbps buffered constantly.

Also, it is customary to wait a little longer than two minutes for a response before replying.

what do u mean input method?

Winamp -> DSP -> Input tab -> Input device

soundcard input (its the only way i can talk with the mic and + it was working with the music on my soundcard
