Okay, sorry, ONE more YP question.
 

Hey guys sorry if my last YP question sounded a bit akward, it was late and I was tired. :confused:

Anyway I have one more question about the YP. Our station has a 24/7 bot running random songs out of a playlist for when our DJs are not on. It has been running all night and I am not able to find my station listed on the YP directory. However no one is listening to it at the moment. :p (we are new)

So my question is: is the station not added to the YP if there are no listeners?

I've seen our station in the YP before when we had some listeners.

Okay, after a little testing I discovered that even though currently my station has 3 listeners, I'm getting a repeated error in the server log:

<07/10/03@12:53:15> [yp_add] yp.shoutcast.com gave error (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request)

I don't know what's going on, everything seems to be working just fine. I'll get in touch with my server tech today but he is just as new to setting up a shoutcast server as me so I doubt he has an answer.

Next time do a search there is about 20,000 topics about the very same thing

Remove the spaces from either ur AIM, IRC or ICQ number, in the yellow pages tab of your dsp
