Playlists don't reload
 

if i make a playlist, rename it, and save it, and then reboot winamp, the playlist doesn't load when i open the playlist window. furthermore, i can't hit 'load playlist' until i add a track to a playlist. by default, winamp should load all playlists you have created, even if they're not saved. if i make a playlist, and close winamp, it should still be exactly the same when i reopen it.
