simple solution, you can't decide who?
flip a coin, say it's sally is heads and gf is tails
if it comes up heads, and your gut reaction is "damnit, why not tails?" go w/ your gf
if it's the other way, go w/ sally

I think i made a good decision. I just got back from my (now X) g/fs house, and we talked for a bit. She understands that I am doing this for her (to an extent), and she still wants to be friends, just as I do, but (as she said) "it still sucks."

the simplest solution would have been to not put yourself in it in da first place... maybe you will learn from it...

obviously you have already made up your mind, but ima gonna say this anyway. maybe you do get along with 'sally' really well, but dude, sometimes all you need is a REALLY good chick friend to lean on, but not be in a relationship, it can make many things alot easier.

i hope you two do have fun together now though, and for gods sake, when/if the time comes where you split up, keep it honest and mutual! or you will have NO chance of getting the awsome friendship you had back. which sometimes can be better than a relationship.... in certain ways.

Yea she was young, but I'm all bout abstinance, so sex was never an option, which meant age didn't matter as long as the girl was able to make me happy, which she was (and get your mind out of the gutter NOW :hang:). So it was all good. :)

PS. Age doesn't matter that much (imo) like some people are trying to say. Don't get me started on this one. I'm currently in a long-term relationship with a 17 year old girl (I'm 20) and we've been together for 20 months now (and yes, that is long for me ;)).

yeah man, it has been a long time.

see, i'm bitter about this kind of thing. some of us [cough]me[/cough] have a hard enough time even talking to one girl, and then guys like dlink have no problem with 2 (even if it does remind me of r. kelly). when i try to talk to em, i freeze up, and when i try to impress them (with my driving skillz or something) they never seem to notice. but i dont want it to seem like i'm showboating. plus, showboating would require a massive burnout. which costs tires and is hard on the car. and i have yet to meet a girl worth grenading a differential to impress. and then it's like, ok, so wtf am i supposed to do? and i havent found an answer yet. it's like i have a type 1 thought process and a type 2 personality. which sucks.

well, I just talked to 'sally' about what happened. Her inbox was full, thats why my e-mail didn't work btw. Basicly, numnuts here (read: me) got some signals crossed and basicly I am just "a really good guy friend" who gives really good hugs. Apparently, caught up in the moment as I was, I kissed her, not the other way around, but she doesn't mind she says, but the point is that the feelings I thought were mutual are actually one way, and the street just reached a dead end. Yea, sucks for me, but I'll find another girl. Just...I'm just a really good guy friend. I am so sick and fucking tired of hearing that.
