The Japanese opposition is fighting: With acting against the rules (as it can be seen on the picture) in the parliament and a distrust petition against the prime minister Junichiro Koizumi they wanted to stop the passing of a law that will lead to sending about 1,000 Japanese soldiers into Iraq. In spite of the effort they couldn't keep the politicians from participating in the most important peace operation for the modern Japan so far.

Good pic mia. Looks familiar though - I think I've seen it before.

It probably looks familiar because it has happened several times before, the voting about the Iraq bill issue was today and the pic showing this was taken from AP (associated press), it's most likely authentic. I always try to find pics taken the day of posting them or in this week so they are combined with what's going on it the world right now - they shouldn't only look cool ;) If it's in fact an old pic, AP screwed up and I'm sorry :)

I am gonna see if I can find this pick where the same things happening but instead of iraq it was about local porn shops and some laws about them, the funny thing is that in the background while their fighting you can see a 3ft tall penis on the table. if i rember right the idea of the penis was the porn industry was insulting them for the harsh laws they were trying to inforce.
