Streaming Audio -- flow with X number of listeners

If I am up and on the server but no one is actually tuned to my computer's port, am I still streaming out megabytes of audio?

Far down the list, I'm not getting many hits right now, but that's fine...just curious how much of a load it is on my system.

As long as there is sound being sent through the source and out of the server, you will be sending bytes, yes.
