Need help on getting Shoutcast to work on winamp3!!!!!

Help.. for some reason when i click the button to listen to a radio station or whatever in shoutcast... winamp pops up and does nothing. all it does is say shoutcast playlist...... cant play it or nutin. Please help me fix thius annoying problem! :cry:
