need help getting started
 

when starting up and you are looking at the "output configuration" what do you put in the boxes that say "address" "port" "password" and "encoder" I really need help any would be greatly appreciated

Assumingthat you set everything in the server config correctly and you have the SHOUTcast server and the SHOUTcast source running in the same machine, in the address box, put "127.0.0.1". In the port box, put 8000, which is the default. It will be 8000 unless you changed it. The password should have been set by you in the SHOUTcast server confi file. The encoder should be set to one normally. Post back if you have any questions for troubles.
