What port are you trying to use SHOUTcast on?

Something else is using that port. Check to see if you have multiple instances of the DNAS server running, I do that sometimes by accident.

now i get

Porward ports 8000 and 8001 to the machine where the DNAS server is on. If you need help with that, refer to your router manual.

Are you on Windows XP?

yes

You need to disable the built-in XP firewall then. Go to the control panel, then to network connections. Double click your connection there that is visible. Click properties, switch to the 'Advanced' tab and uncheck the box.
