Want to stream, not download....
 

Is it possible to set Winamp2 to start playing a link as soon as it has begun to download, rather than waiting for the entire song to download? I really thought that it could/did do this in the past, and I know that WMP will do this....

Please tell me I'm just missing something...

Put the link to the file in a Playlist if this is for your own server. If it is not your site, right click on the file and copy the location. Paste that into Winamp's Open Location box (Ctrl-L).

So there is no way to just click on the link? Man. That's a very large inconvenience....which sucks, because otherwise, winamp is the bee's knees.
