Winamp Volume
 

I know that this has been addressed 1,000 times. However, the volume control for windows and the volume control on Winamp do not work. I do not understand why neither work. I do not know how to set the winamp preferences for my sound card or for windows? I would like to control the volume of things by using winamp but it does not work. I have read the forums and tried everything (I think). I must sound like a newbie but I'm not. Just demoralized. Damn.

Please understand the Winamp Tech. Support forums are mainly for Winamp issues. If the Windows volume is not working, chances are the problem is with your system and not Winamp. The only thing that I can suggest at this time is to update your sound drivers. Go to the web page of soundcard manufacturer to download updates. If you have an onboard sound chip, to go the web page of your computer provider or the web page of the motherboard's manufacturer. Good Luck :)

ok let me see if i can understand you, you want winamps volume control to control all the bars in the volume control program?
