winamp crashes, xp kills it.

my winamp is forced to die by xp, or it collapses to a memory error when in "read" and some memory address.(like the error says)

any bugfixes for this?

There are no know problems with Winamp and Windows XP, most likely there is something wrong with your system.
Any third party plug-ins installed?

Completely un-install and re-install Winamp 2.91.

Wile you are at it make sure your Video Card drivers and DirectX installation and run Windows Update.
