yea I see what you what.. Please look in the 'Inportant Awnsers to FAQ's and look down a little till you see 'multi-bitrate-streaming :D

If you only want to send one stream, you need transcoders. You can download them and run them on the same serverm or if you use paid hosting some hosts can re-encode for you.
