DaBeAtRaDIo 14th September 2003 22:32

DJHotIce 14th September 2003 22:33

all you need to do now, is hit connect on the winamp DSP :D

DaBeAtRaDIo 14th September 2003 22:40

Well Yeah but listen, it just sits there at conecting an finally says not connected! Please someone lol

I take it i didnt set it up right or something. For address i added my ip address, i put in my password, and hit connect and it says connecting... the like 10 seconds later not connected

DJHotIce 14th September 2003 22:44

are you pointing it to the correct location, you must have incorectly entered some incorect details.. try localhost and port 8000 for the port number.. It must be from the DSP because otherwise the Server would let you know something

DaBeAtRaDIo 14th September 2003 22:50

I got a question, in the config it says port 8000 now for the dsp would i say 8000 or 8001 cuz it says like +1

Also im on a cable modem, an ip changes like everytime i get on comp, is there anyway to keep my server with same ip everytime?

i got this to work awhile back prolly an older version

DJHotIce 14th September 2003 22:52

try using www.no-ip.com I believe they do static IP addresses.

even though it says +1 please use the port below that -1 ;) thus 8000

DaBeAtRaDIo 14th September 2003 23:03
