Album wraps

I would like to know if there is a plugin for Win Amp that allows you to extract album wraps. I'm using WinAmp version 2.9. I hate 3!

Or do I have to get another proggy to do this?

Any help would be appreciated. I have Roxio Platinum, but can't extract the songs with "Spin Doctor"
