2.91 eats the last few seconds of CD tracks
 

Well, the subject's about the sum of the problem. When I try to play an audio CD from a dead stop, my CD drive takes about five seconds to spin up and start reading (it's a Plextor PlexWriter 12/10/32 that's about three years old, but this also happens with my Antec DVD-ROM drive that's about two years old). Winamp 2.91 doesn't wait for it to spin up and starts counting time off the song... so, when I get to the end, it just cuts off the last few seconds and goes on. Quite annoying, to say the least. (It doesn't seem to do this when it's already paused... but I'm not overly sure about this bit.) Winamp 3 doesn't have this problem, but I have other issues with it which are even worse. So what can I do about this? Anything at all?
