I won't go into the 1,000 x missing 80's tracks.

sidd 29th December 2003 09:56

found dapple rose about a week ago.

Also found nick skitz - excalibur.

Until then i couldnt remember what it was called, and thus couldnt find it.

Cylob 29th December 2003 10:13

Yes, it does help if you can remember the name.:D The flip-side of losing tracks is the feeling of satisfaction when you finally nail the bastards.

I haven't been able to find too much Pablo Francisco comedy, although I haven't checked soulseek yet.

Well, FGTH audio casettes/CDs are not available in India now (FGTH is banned here for some reason); nor can I download the mp3 easily from WinMX - it's an extremely rare track, but awesome too.

Wow, I never would have guessed that one was hard to find. It's off their Liverpool cd which obviously wasn't nearly as popular as Welcome To The Pleasuredome. I have the cd but no way to upload the track to you.

Cylob 19th January 2004 05:41

The Liverpool album is rare indeed.... it flopped in '86. It's virtually impossible to get on the net.:(

Weird, I see 4 or 5 a year when I'm out hitting the used stores. Maybe you guys just aren't looking in the right places. Try www.gemm.com or www.secondspin.com

Cylob 19th January 2004 08:07

Honestly, it's like gold-dust. I'd buy every copy I came across (and lock them in a lead vault).:D

I hope I can find Live At El Mocambo by Costello and the Attractions. Someone had it, but I was about 10,000 in queue. :(

Cylob 1st February 2004 07:44

Did you consider paying-off the 9,999 in front?

£5 if you leave the queue.......

It'd only cost £49,995.00
:)

corkhead0 1st February 2004 19:15

Or paying off the guy running the queue to add you to his list. :)

Much cheaper then 50 large.

Cylob 2nd February 2004 15:23

I now possess most of the music I've ever loved. There are only a few tracks unaccounted for.:)

And now I've backed-up EVERY last MP3. I know that doesn't help in the event of a house fire.....
