Waveout Plugin Already In Use Error

HELP I GETTING THIS ERROR
NULLSOFT WAVEOUT PLUG IN V2.02 (X86) THE SPECIFIED DEVICE IS ALREADY IN USE WAIT UNTIL IT IS FREE AND TRY AGAIN

I AM RUNNING WIN XP THE CD/MP3 RUNS WINAMP 2 AUTOMATICALLY HOWEVER I HAVE WINAMP 3 I HAVE UNISTALLED 3 AND PUT 2
