Find winamp files error
 

I've been using winamp for quite some time now and only recently I have noticed this little bug, which may not even be winamp realated at all. Whenever I try to find winamp files Start->Find->Find Files and Folders, and on the advanced tab select Winamp media file, the applet just disapperars. This does not happen with any other file type. I am not sure as to when this started occuring. I tried reinstalling winamp and deleting the file type and remaking it, but nothing worked. Any suggestions?

I use Windows 98 with Winamp 2.91.

Can't test that (I don't have 98).
Try doing a full uninstall:

Or, try a reinstall of windows. That solves many comp problems. (Formatting--> clean install works best, although is usually not necessary and takes a lot more work, obviously)
