is there anyway to stream my music a different way instead of needing as program that supports .psl files to listen so what im saying is there a way to stream my show as a .mp3 file or a .wav file

You can do on-demand streaming, but the downside to that is that everytime someone connects, it'll start from the beginning of the .pls. Please read this page for more information on on-demand streaming. :up:

The SHOUTcast DNAS sends out an mp3 stream.

were can i get this, abd if i get it will it play over the internet in a window or something

i have someone that has a server do they need to change something to make it stream as a different file if they do what do they do

Let me clarify:
The SHOUTcast DNAS only sends out an mp3 stream.

You can use different source file formats with the DSP to source the DNAS, but the DNAS only sends out an mp3 stream.

so whats the problem i want to stream as a different file to .pls because not many people have players that support this were can i get it from

Try something other than SHOUTcast, such as Icecast.

i only use mp3 file formats so i think it should be ok will it do it for all the stations on the server or can it be done for just the one
