first lyric game

Heres how it works:

person a says the first lyric of a song
person b says the name of that song along with another first lyric from another song
person c (or possibly person a) says the name of person b's song and then says antother first lyric from another song

etc etc etc

YOU FOLLOW????

^_^

eg:
Quote:

sidd: "is this the real life, is this just fantasy"

joe bloggs: "thats eaaassy sidd! its bohemian raphsody by queen!
here's mine: i read the news today, oh boy!"

jack smith: "oooh oooh, thats a day in the life by the beatles"

etc
etc
etc
anyways.. try to make them a tad harder than those two examples, but not too hard.. and no googling for lyrics :D

here we go!!!

"i cant explain gacial motion, or why los angeles dont drop into the ocean"

Turning star projections
Voices from the deep
Throbbing of the engines
You exit from the heat

Triton4 15th October 2003 05:18

Ian Van Dahl - Castles In The Sky

This shouldn't be to difficult :). It's a song with a lovely riff and a good solo. If you play in a band and you haven't played at least the intro of this song, then shame on you!

"I've been to London,
Seen seven wonders,
I know to trip is just to fall"

jerimiah40 25th November 2004 03:29

Easy, its "Led Zepplin - The Rover"

My lyrics, hmm, what to put. I know, how about this one:

I'd sit alone and watch your light
My only friend through teenage nights

nybergh 25th November 2004 07:09

Quote:

I'd sit alone and watch your light
My only friend through teenage nights
Queen - Radio Ga Ga

And this one is another classic

Following the shadows of the skies,
Or are they only figments of my eyes?

dacoupa 28th November 2004 21:04

Eric Clapton - Sea Of Joy

When I'm stable long enough
I start to look around for love

Pixelcraft 28th November 2004 22:21

Some country song. Can't remember what.

"And I am you and what I see is me..."

d0rk 30th November 2004 09:10

"The navigator
The pilot
Her favorite
The one they call the vision that bears the gift"

nybergh 30th November 2004 11:21

Coheed and Cambria - Keeping The Secrets Of Silent Earth: 3

Don't you keep it inside no more

Why does it have to be this way at the end?
"
