w00t! 3 weeks of music!
Hong Kong is now hosting the Harbour Fest, a music festival lasting 3 weeks featuring a wide range of musicians including Craig David, José Carreras, Charlotte Church, Santana, Michelle Branch, t.A.T.u. and many others.
I've just been to Craig David's show tonight. It was great and the crowd was most fanatical. I'll be going to the November 6 show starring Neil Young and Michelle Branch. They've set me back by HK$2692 (about US$345) in total (2 tickets for each show). Today's show at least has proven to be worth every cent. :) (And now, the weak excuse for starting an entire thread about it...) Tell us about any experience you had in going to any music festival, especially those lasting a week or longer. Did you camp out at the venue? Any ensuing wanton sex? etc. |
Holy long ass concert!
That's a longer festival than Shabaviz's thread creations.......almost:igor: |
LOL @ Graig David, the 'bad boy' who's mum knits him jumpers and darns his Y fronts.
|
Please griff, tell me Eno will perform (3 weeks sounds like a good duration for a single piece :D)

Unfold your map ALL the way. Hong Kong is an island adjoining China. |
Hong Kong, it was controled by Brittin for some time, but now it part of China. I guess china saw why their communism failed, and how Hong Kong was doing so well for a "free economy" they let it be.
As for the Music, nothing I am into, but that is one long festival. |
Google is a liar :|
