I'm majoring in chemistry, at Drexel University.

Good choice, k_rock.

k_rock923 24th October 2003 01:33

how hard is chem in college? I easily aced it last year and am taking AP next year. is it mostly new things or just getting more complex in things you already know?

Hollow 24th October 2003 03:47

k_rock, i'll write a good explaination tomorrow, but its not exactly the same science, in a lot of ways. But if you can do the highschool chem withou much difficulty, you should be able to handle it.

You kindof need to be a science person i think though.

I have certificates in the field of:

Ha, I found chem the toughest subject I had.
Fortunately I'm college now, where i dont have to do chem. I'm studying computer engineering, at the National University of Singapore.

Well, right now I'm taking the following classes. It will change "period" in a couple of weeks, and then I'll have completely different classes... I'm studying at Gymnasiet Lärkan, a Swedish-speaking senior high school in Helsinki, Finland. We call senior high scool "gymnasium" in Swedish and "lukio" (lukea=read) in Finnish.

1. Basic Webdesign (I Love It!)
2. Finnish (the first official language of my country.)
3. Swedish (my mother tongue, the second official language of my country.)
4. German (B-level)
5. French (C-level, my first class...)
6. Geography
7. Health-knowledge (I don't know what it's really called in English...)

Not in Collage - I study every day at work, though.

If it's got to do with computers, I know at least a little bit about it. If it's got to do with medium-sized networking or programming (depending on the language - I'm only competant with 3) or general IT crap, I probably know a lot about it.

Sometimes I wonder how I keep shoveling crap into my brain - and where it goes if I run out of space...
