auto volume adjusting
 

I was wondering if there is a plugin or something available for winamp ver2 that adjusts the output of a file (mp3 avi ect) so that it is all played at a certian audio level. Like the smartsound on some TVs. lowers the volume on loud comercials and raises them on softer ones.

If not does anyone think they could make one?:D
