"Highlight Play" a playlist in winamp

Hi all,

I have been scanning and ploughing through every part on the net to find a plugin that would allow someone to run a "highlight play" of a playlist in winamp. So if i have 100 tracks i can only allow 5 secs of the middle of each song to be played in a continuous manner.

Does anyone know how or where i could get this?
