winamp randomly deletes/skips songs
 

When im just skimming thru my list of 300 songs i notice that some of them have randomly been "deactivated" ( it says their name but not their running time i.e. 3:24). i go to click on these songs and they dont play, it just goes to the next song on the list. This happens when the song is chosen randomly or when i click on it to play it. I next add that same song onto my list from my folder and (now having one working and one not)it works fine but that same one without the time on it doesnt work so i remove it from my list. It never really repeats in the same songs its just random. Is there a way to fix this ? what is it ?

this happens if you move/rename a file, have you been doing that?

yeah but the one song that actually keeps doing it i never renamed....i have renamed a bunch of other ones but they dont do it as much as this one that just started and continues to do it

Recreate your list see if that contunies to happen.
