Help - Wont Connect

I uploaded to my server the pls file with the correct IP on it, Configured the SHOUTcast server with the right IP on it, put the right IP and PASS in the winamp window, hit connect. then it says : connecting.... but then a few seconds later says Not Connected ...and it does that everytime I hit connect. What am i doing wrong. Thanks for quick response
