Scrolling in Internet Explorer

Whenever I use the scroll on my mouse in Internet Explorer, the sound worbles in Winamp. This only happens when I scroll, and only when scrolling in Internet Explorer. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Disable "smooth scrolling" in IE Options -> Advanced
or update your sound drivers

Disabling smooth scrolling made a big difference, thanks. It still does it a little bit, but not near as bad as before. My drivers are updated. Any idea why smooth scrolling would affect winamps playback?
