A few possible ideas (I do not claim to be an expert on this subject...these are just some hypothetical examples I might consider *WHEN* I get married):

Plan a nice relaxing vacation

definitely buy flowers, likely combined with a trip to her favorite restaurant, followed by a massage. Might also include small gift from jewelry store

If you want to go all out, if she has a dream, pay whatever you have to in order to fulfill it.

Just a few hypothetical examples of what I *might* do

Chastity belt with no key - that'll keep you honest dlink.

An ex of mine took me to this hole in a wall resturant (loved the food :up: ) one year and got me a bouquet of orchids which I believe cost more than the dinner itself :D Then we just went home and watched a couple of movies, no not porn. I got him a Dallas Cowboys cap he'd been drooling over for awhile, can't believe I wasted my money on that thing :p

Nice dlink. I can't really say what to get her - I've never been with someone for anywhere near 1 year. My girlfriend and I have been dating for coming up on 7 weeks - I got her a gold bracelet for our 1month. She seemed to like it a lot. :D She got me Andre LaMothe's: Tricks of the 3D Game Programming Gurus: Advanced 3D Graphics and Rasterization. lol. It's an awesome book as far as I'm concerned.

i would say jewlery but my g/f got tied of it after i bought it for more than one occsion. best advice on gifts is to make it something thoughtful. like one day you heard her say she likes whatever singer a lot. Get her an album by that singer. or you herad her mention how her grandmother always wore whatever necklace. get her one and she'll be just as excited that you remembered as she will about the gift itself.

if i can remember properly, its 18 to legally have sex with anyone over 18 but if you are 16-18 there can not be more than a 3 year differece so a 16 year old can legally have sex with a 19 year old... at least thats how i remember it from law class from half a decade ago.
