HELP how much upload baNdwith do i need to stream a good station????
 

I was told a normal cable account from twc is 386 up
the next step up is a buisness account that will give ya 512k
would that be suffecient? i am a total idiot when it comes to this.

You can get hosted by a third party, though it's rather hard to find NSV hosts. Do a search. They exist.

I'm using ADSL (Broadband through ordinary phone lines). The A means asynchronous, and I have lower upload speeds but it still looks fine.
Not many skips.
