Recommend one track for the forumer above you......

Recommend one track for the forumer above you......

If you do recommend a track, you'll be in the thread and open to a recommendation yourself.:D

My taste - anything good. No nu-metal, rap, boy-bands or pop-idols.

Triton4 18th November 2003 08:14

My recommendation for Cylob:

Alphaville - Big in Japan

It's basically New Wave of the 80s, but it has a tinge of Asian or more specifically Japanese flavour to it. If you haven't heard it before, be sure to try it out as you will enjoy it to your heart's pleasure :)

My taste: New Age or Ambient

Cylob 18th November 2003 09:08

I have that one.:) I agree, it's a New Wave classic. Recommend again!

For Triton:

DMX Krew - Good Time Girl

Based on your post history, I think you'll like it. Not unlike the Flying Steps.

taylormemer 18th November 2003 09:37

Well for you Dude I rekon......Led Zeppelin - Kashmir ;D

Well I like anything, except for rap, pop, dance is ok but I don't like it alot, hip-hop noway and Nu-Metal, nah dont like that either.

Triton4 18th November 2003 09:42

do you like boy-bands then, taylor? ;) :D

Cylob 18th November 2003 09:45

Right on! Kashmir it is.

DL List
Led Zepplin - Kashmir

For Taylor:

BRMC - Love Burns

apola_anamisha 18th November 2003 10:16

This song is from Cylob to cylob(means all the forumers in the middle too....... Triton4, taylormemer, spaceplayradio)

"Pop-'NSync"

Sorry guys but if it is me..........its gotta be boy-bands.

Btw,if someone want to say something 'bout me..............do it in your own risk.........I become flirted very easily.
You never know what can happen!

Cylob 18th November 2003 10:27

I can't expose myself to boy bands. They're evil.

But I won't recommend a track for you apola - fair's fair.

Is your whole discography made up of boy bands???? Don't you listen to anything else?

Why do you always shout, or are you just putting it those exclamation marks for no reason?

If you insist...

Alpinestars - Vital Love Disciple

Now I'm stepping aside so you can bash Taylor some more. Don't be too rough - he's held in high esteem around here. As you said yourself - you're greatly outnumbered. Oh yes!!!

taylormemer 18th November 2003 12:04

Revenge is sweet.

apola_anamisha 18th November 2003 12:20

He he he no Cylob no more.........I'm a very good sister(Anyways thankz for your song but I've never heard it in my life time..........& I did recommend something from boy-bands for me!)
So can't you get something from boy-bands atleast pop?

taylormemer 18th November 2003 12:31

Backstreet Boys - We're All Idiots

You happy???

apola_anamisha 18th November 2003 12:43

Yup still.........coz right now i'm watching Ind vs Aus Final
& India surely gonna win...........though I'm not from India I support them & feeling on top of the world.
Poor Australia!

Btw dear brother its for you
No matter what-Boyzone

taylormemer 18th November 2003 12:46

Your funny, I dont really follow cricket.

apola_anamisha 18th November 2003 12:59

Too bad.........I'm discovering a lot of things here.
1.Nobody likes boy-bands.
2.Nobody likes cricket.
3?(Nobody likes me?nooooooooooooooo)

Cylob 18th November 2003 13:26

You need treatment for that boy band addicition.

Raz 18th November 2003 14:40

Cylob: British Sea Power - Carrion

Assuming you haven't heard them because you seem to have heard everything in existence. :p

apola - cradle of filth - dusk and her embrace. :p

I would pay to see that. :D

Taylor - Steve Vai - Speed Metal Symphony

Cylob 18th November 2003 14:48

Cheers Raz, I haven't heard any British Sea Power actually.

You're a dude with great taste (I saw your list of albums). It will have to be:

Six By Seven - My Life is an Accident

DL List
Led Zepplin - Kashmir
New Musik - Churches
British Sea Power - Carrion
Silverchair - After all These Years

Cylob 18th November 2003 16:44

Verdicts...

New Musik Churches - Ambient New Wave. Top drawer.
Led Zep - Kashmir. Top drawer again. I recognise the tune. Rock n roll.:)
British Sea Power - Carrion. You played it safe Raz. This sounds like something from 1986, it wouldn't be out of place in 'Pretty in Pink' or 'The Breakfast Club'. Not bad, not bad.
Silverchair - After All These Years. Post grunge grunge.

Raz 18th November 2003 17:45

Thanks. My taste is questionable at times though. :D

Soulseek is down so i'm stuck with kazaa for the moment so i've not got it yet.

morgado 18th November 2003 17:46

It's not new metal ... I think some of u must have already listened to it ... :

Dream Theater - Fatal Tragedy

webthing 18th November 2003 19:13

Bruce Dickinson - Trumpets Of Jericho - from the album - Scream For Me Brazil

ShyShy 18th November 2003 21:21

Recommendation for webthing... How would I know???? No one's been following the damn rules for the last couple of postings.

:p

Ask anyone, I listen to pretty much everything, except for the nu-metal (sorry, taylor, sweetie, just couldn't quite get into Slipknot) and Opera.

DragonSon 19th November 2003 00:15

I'd recommend for ShyShy The Doors - Hyacinth House.
